Abstract:

The presentation will focus on the specific practices that we have employed to manage people issues in our process improvement project targeting CMMI Level 3 maturity. Throughout the project, the SEPG had focused not only on the processes but also on creating awareness and interest, on involving all who are willing to work on specific process areas and on informing the whole group regularly regarding to the progress of the project. We will detail our efforts, daily precautions, the obstacles we faced and how we managed the issues.
